* No extra charge to feed boarder supplied supplements / feeds, top dressings, meds or to meet special needs / requirements

Arenas / Riding Areas:

* Indoor arena 50' x 110', sand base
* Outdoor arena 120' x 210', sand base
* Riding trail around a 20 acre hay field, great as a gallop track / conditioning track

Other Amenities:

* Heated customer lounge / office
* Laundry facilities provided
* Tack lockers available

* Arenas are available for boarder use at all times
* Farrier services every 4 weeks, no charge to hold horse when using barn farrier
* Weekly vet visit, no trip charge on scheduled day or to hold horse

* 2 wash stalls with hot and cold water (in heated barn)
